{eight answers}

home sick today
kids now fortunately better, so home alone sick
which is infinitely better, but still not fab...

looking through my Reader at all of your Eight Answers
hosted by Kate,
so great to know more about you all
thought I might join in
seeing as i now have the time...

1. Favourite meal to eat?
what i love is being able to have lots of little courses, spread out over a few hours
with good wine and even better company with oodles of laughter
in there somewhere would have to be a souffle, perhaps a  cassoulet or duck dish and for dessert, creme brulee!
having said all of that, who can go past a crumpet spread with lemon curd and washed down with a good coffee?

2.Do you have a quirky eccentricity?
mmm, don't think i am really eccentric,
i like being me, i like being creative and i like my personal style, which is probably a little quirky...but not really eccentric (i don't think?)

3. My middle name?
Louise.  I have strawberry blond hair, so my dad always called me "Blue", which Aussie readers will understand....
anyway, this then became bluouise, which i think sounds kind of pretty, so there you go!

4.I am passionate about?
many things, but over the years, i guess the busy-ness of life can make one less passionate.
As a follower of Jesus, i am passionate about knowing God, understanding the Bible and talking to people about this and showing love to others.
Stemming from this, i am passionate about caring for the earth God created and for the creatures in our care.
God made me creative and enthusiastic and gregarious, i am passionate about using those gifts daily to enrich my life and the lives of those around me.

5. Thongs or Birkenstocks?
Birkenstocks!
6.Who was I before kids?
the same person i am now, only lonelier!
having children has been the most fabulous experience.  They enrich my life in so many ways.  Working outside home lets me don high heels and a suit for 2 days of the week.  Don't know how i managed to do that every day before kids!

7.Have you ever been arrested?
no, boring, heah?
8.This week I will?
get better from my cold
go for a run
make more granny squares
cook, wash, put away - but not clean
go opping with a fab bunch of women from my church to show them the joys of buying second hand!  Maybe I can convince a few to take on the Challenge...

Trace xx
