Gifted and Thrifted

This gilt mirror was gifted by a friend yesterday.  She and her man even brought it to my house for me, it weighs a ton... I know, I do have good friends!

You do know what I am going to do with this don't you?

Oh and how do you take a photo of a mirror without taking a photo of yourself?  My outfit is thrifted, for the most part.

I am going through a navy phase at the moment.  Navy and tan (in boots), navy and pale pink, and of course, navy and lime green (one of my favourite colour combinations).

Linky List of other glorious finds here.

P.S. Would you mind if I shared the photo of my Pear Pillow in your home on my blog. I promise to give all credit for the photo to you and link back to your blog?

  3. Oh, what a gorgeous mirror! (And great outfit too... I am a big navy fan). I have serious mirror envy - we only have a small one in the bathroom and many's the day I suddenly see my reflection in a shop window and think, oh god, is THAT what I look like?

  4. shooting the mirror from the side helps, so it reflects your interior, e.g. you can then play around and about endlessly...
it is a beauty, that mirror!
