{creatice space:charming quilt?}

Do not fear crochet loving friends
I have not ditched the hook altogether

In an effort to avoid the "oh my I have 20 gifts to make for Christmas" feeling
(usually felt around the 23rdish of December...)

I thought, let us get a wriggle on now and avoid the guilt of dashing into the shoppo at the last minute this year.

To the creative point, then, here is the beginnings of a lap quilt
made up with a moda charm pack I bought many Christmas's ago,

and while I love the scrappy style, the fabric is no longer of my personal preference (being somewhat fond of a bit of vintage granny chic these days...)
I do believe it will suit the intended recipient
and she will be charmed, I am sure!
Creative people everywhere meet every Thursday at Kootoyoo!

  9. How very organised you are Tracey :) Good on YOU!! I think it is a very sweet colour and pattern combination, I hope that the recipient loves it at Christmas. Don't knock free jelly beans, but some funky hairpins would be way better :)
