My Creative Space





My space today, an advent calander in process.  Cream linen and wool felt all from the stash.  I am liking the colours, which sing Australian botanical christmas to me, as opposed to snow men and reindeers (which are lovely, don't get me wrong, but I have never seen a real one of either...)






Also some textile paint, ready for me to try my hand at some home printing





Pretty ribbon for a crafting night tonight with these gals!

    The calendar looks like it will be lovely. Coming from the UK I still can't quite relate to warm Christmases and I've seen plenty of snowmen but no reindeer either! x

    So pretty! I agree with you about most of the Christmas things avaliable - in the store I work in all but 2 of our Christmas products have snowflakes on them! Doesn't exactly say Christmas in Australia, does it? Much prefer nice summery Christmas things :)
