Today I managed to finish the quilt top! I am really happy with the composition. I am now trying to work out if I will machine quilt myself or send it for professional quilting.Dinner tonight - caramelised apples with roasted pork fillet and roast sweet potato. Nice and wintry. Well I should go and tidy up creative space mess in the lounge room, and fight the urge to start another quilt top...

Thanks for the comments! Some of the fabric is Amy Butler, Prints Charming and Urban Chicks, plus a selection of others I found over the internet. I am thinking I will send it for professional quilting, as I am itching to get started on something new!
